What happens to what you send
The form above does not submit to a server. It opens your own mail client with the text you typed, and nothing is stored or transmitted until you press send in that client. This site sets no cookies, loads no fonts or scripts from other domains, and runs no analytics.
What you email us is held to answer your enquiry and to write the scope, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and is deleted within twelve months if no engagement follows. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list and we do not pass them on.
Once an engagement starts, Backline One acts as a processor under the GDPR. North Macedonia sits outside the EEA and is not covered by an adequacy decision, so transfers are made under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with a transfer impact assessment on file. Access is named, limited to the agreed scope and logged.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at hello@backlineone.com. The data processing agreement and the sub-processor list are sent on request.
